UV-Vis Spectroscopy
UV-Visible spectrophotometry is one of the most frequently employed analytical technique in pharmaceutical industry, which is tasked with measuring the amount of ultraviolet or visible radiation absorbed by a substance in solution.
Our instrument Cary 60 UV-Vis spectrophotometer from Agilent is flexible and very fast and can be scanned in 3 s in the whole range of 190–1100 nm. It can be fitted with long pathlength cuvettes and solid sample transmission or reflectance accessories, and is ideal in-situ analysis, when fitted with fibre optic probes.
